All I Do Is Eat

It seems that all I do these days is eat and read. But mainly eat. On Wednesday, S., J. and I went to El Loco in Surry Hills. It has been a place I've been meaning to try for a while but, like most places, I had never gotten around to it.

If there is one thing that people should know about me, it is this: I hate coriander. Or cilantro. I must admit, I don't think that coriander has much of a taste but it is the smell that is off putting. When it comes to coriander, I have the nose of a bloodhound. When I had chicken pox, my mother made us sit in a bath of coriander (and water of course) as it was a home remedy to alleviate the itchiness. Ever since then, I can smell coriander from a mile away and sadly, it made the tacos almost unbearable. I knew it was in the tacos before I ordered them and I thought I could push past it, but it was very very difficult.
